Specialized Therapy for PTSD, Anxiety & Grief Using IFS & EFT Tapping

If you're a woman who's ready to stop just surviving and start truly healing—you're in the right place.

What If You Could Finally...

  • Wake up without that familiar weight of dread in your chest

  • Move through your day without constantly bracing for the next trigger

  • Feel safe in your own body for the first time in years

  • Release the grip of old trauma without reliving it over and over

  • Transform grief into something you can carry with grace

  • Reconnect with the vibrant, peaceful woman you know lives beneath all this pain

This isn't just possible. It's what I help women do every single day.

A Different Kind of Therapy for Women Ready to Go Deep

You've probably tried therapy before. Maybe it helped a little. Maybe you talked and talked but never felt the relief you were seeking. Maybe you left feeling like something was still missing.

Here's what makes my approach different:

I don't just help you understand your anxiety, trauma, or grief intellectually. I help you heal it at the nervous system level—where trauma actually lives in your body. Using specialized modalities that work with both your mind and body, we create the conditions for deep, lasting transformation.

My Specialized Approach: IFS Therapy & EFT Tapping

IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy helps you understand and befriend the different parts of you—the anxious part, the protector, the wounded one, the wise one. Instead of fighting yourself, you learn to lead your inner system with compassion and clarity.

EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a somatic practice that calms your nervous system on the spot and helps release stored trauma from your body. It's gentle, effective, and something you can use long after our sessions end.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their emotional charge and power over you.

Together, these approaches create powerful, lasting healing—not just insight, but actual relief.

Is This Therapy Right for You?

This work is for women who:

  • Are ready to invest time, energy, and resources in their emotional healing

  • Know that surface-level solutions won't cut it anymore

  • Want to understand themselves deeply, not just manage symptoms

  • Are willing to feel their feelings in order to heal them

  • Believe they deserve peace, safety, and joy in their lives

  • Want tools they can use for the rest of their lives

I work with women experiencing:

PTSD & Trauma

Maybe you've survived something that still haunts you—abuse, assault, a terrifying accident, medical trauma, or childhood experiences that shaped how unsafe the world feels. You might experience:

  • Intrusive memories or flashbacks you can't control

  • Hypervigilance—always scanning for danger

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions

  • Shame or self-blame that won't let go

  • Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe in relationships

The truth: Your nervous system learned to protect you during something overwhelming. Together, we'll help it learn that you're safe now.

Anxiety & Panic

Living with anxiety feels like carrying a constant undercurrent of dread. You might experience:

  • Waking up already tense, chest tight, breath shallow

  • Racing thoughts you can't shut off

  • Panic attacks that make you afraid to go places

  • Arranging your entire life to avoid triggers

  • Physical symptoms—rapid heartbeat, nausea, dizziness

  • Feeling ashamed of how you cope

The truth: Anxiety is your body's alarm system stuck in "on." We can help it calm down—without depending on medication alone.

Grief & Loss

Whether you've lost someone you love, a relationship, your health, a dream, or a version of yourself you'll never get back—grief is real and deserves care. You might feel:

  • Waves of sadness that knock you sideways

  • Numbness or disconnection from your life

  • Anger at the unfairness of it all

  • Guilt for moving forward or not grieving "right"

  • Like no one understands the depth of what you've lost

The truth: Grief doesn't have a timeline, and you don't have to carry it alone. Healing doesn't mean forgetting—it means learning to hold your loss with tenderness.

Why I Do This Work

During my years at the VA Medical Center in Boston, I worked with veterans living with severe PTSD. I witnessed their courage and their suffering. That experience taught me that effective trauma treatment isn't optional—it's essential.

That's why I pursued extensive, advanced training in the most effective trauma therapies available:

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

  • EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

I know what it takes to heal from trauma, anxiety, and grief. And I know that with the right support and tools, transformation is absolutely possible.

  • A sense of peace you may not have felt in years

Yes, You Really Can Heal—Even If You've Tried Everything

I know you might be skeptical. Maybe you've been in therapy before and didn't get the relief you needed. Maybe you've been told "just think positive" or "have you tried yoga?" Maybe you're on medication that takes the edge off but doesn't address the root.

Here's what I want you to know:

Trauma, anxiety, and grief are not character flaws. They're not signs of weakness. They're the natural result of your nervous system trying to protect you from overwhelming experiences.

With specialized, trauma-informed care, your nervous system can learn to relax. Your body can feel safe. Your heart can heal.

I've worked with women who thought they'd feel this way forever—and watched them transform. Women who couldn't leave their house without panic attacks. Women who couldn't talk about their trauma without dissociating. Women who thought joy was something that happened to other people.

They healed. And so can you.
