One of the greatest ways you suffer is to believe you are alone.
You are never truly alone, you have SelfEnergy within you - this is your divine spirit that came into earth school for an absolute ton of experiences/lessons, AND for the experience of joy ☀️🌸🕊️
How do you feel into this SelfEnergy, this compass of love and peace and joy within you?
You may wonder how do you feel your well-being if you’re experiencing any negative emotion?
- Practice attuning yourself to noticing what is happening around you- right where you are. 
- Notice how you feel & breathe in, slow & deep— place your hand on your heart, telling yourself, “I’m right here” 
- If you’re experiencing any negative emotion, continue to tell yourself “I’m listening to the part of me that has hurts right now” 
- Keep breathing & noticing the part that has your attention. Treat it gently . 
- When you feel any softening, tell yourself “I choose to give myself love, no matter how I feel, and especially if I’m struggling” 
It can take some practice to remember that the love you seek is within you- the WellBeing you crave lives in you.
